Nosepresses for days

So I am feelin a bit better decided to go for a little shred shred today and feel out my knee. It feels a bit better but definitely not great. I was good to ride around decided to hit a couple flat boxes to test it. Couldnt do much and didnt really wanna risk it so i just did 50's and nosepresses. Did nosepresses for days then decided the -30 was too much and called it a day. Can't wait to actually be back!

Bad News...

So I decided to break rule number one and went a little slow off the jump. I ended up pre spinning and took off a little awkward and came down on the knuckle. I hurt my knee so I went to the hospital that night to get it checked. The doc didn't say too much of anything useful so I booked a doctors appointment for the next day. I went and saw the doctor and she thought it seemed like nothing was too loose but again its hard to determine without an MRI. I put a request form in for an MRI anyways. So until further notice I'm a gimp.
